The Four Academies
Four academies. Three traits. Click any of either to see how they fit together.
Pick any academy and any trait. You'll get a real action plan — four steps, a goal, the tools, the thing you'll have made, and how you'll know it worked. No theory. No "learning outcomes." Just what to do on Saturday morning, and what to show someone on Sunday night.
Every academy is split into age-graded tiers. Some academies start at Sprouts. Some only open at Builders. None of them try to teach a 9-year-old what's meant for a 14-year-old.
Ages 8–10
The gentle on-ramp. Modules are short, deeply hands-on, and assume no prior experience. The kid is the expert about something — Kindling teaches them how to share that.
Open at: Skills Workshop only. Code Club, Agent Lab, and Harness Studio start later.
Ages 11–12
The workshop years. Real projects, real tools, real outputs. Kids start to build things that other people in their family or class actually use.
Open at: Skills Workshop, Code Club, Agent Lab. (Harness opens later.)
Ages 13–14
Deep work. Real engineering. Real ethics. Builders modules are designed to feel like the early career of a thoughtful adult, not a fancy school project.
Open at: All four academies. Harness Studio is Builders-only — the deep end of the pool.
